General Notice
All items are handmade and may include small imperfections. By completing your purchase at check out, you are agreeing to our return and refund policies.

Earrings
If your product has been damaged in shipping, a refund/credit/replacement will be offered. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at SimplySlabbed@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue and photos. Some items we may not be able to replace. Custom orders are non-replaceable. Please double-check all details—such as colors, sizes, names, and design choices—before submitting your order. 

Clothing
Please review your order before checking out.  Color choices must be indicated in the "note" section at checkout.  If no color is noted, a color will be selected for you.  Simply Slabbed is not responsible for the color, size, or image you desire.
If you receive your order, and there has been an error made by the shop, contact us within 7 days of delivery at SimplySlabbed@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue and photosA refund/credit/replacement will be offered for these errors.  All returns will receive a shipping label sent to your email.  You will then have 5 days to return the package to USPS. Once the item is received, a refund/credit/replacement will be processed.
